Recently, ION HEAT delivered our first Lime Jet Dryer to a prominent global producer of industrial minerals, specializing in calcium carbonate derivatives used in wastewater treatment and pH control applications.
This dryer’s design features a special gas burner connected to a high-efficiency drying chamber. Inside, material grains remain suspended through a controlled air stream, enabling high-temperature drying in exceptionally short periods. This method optimizes heat transfer, ensuring uniform and effective moisture evaporation across the material.
In this project, we highlighted the precision of our manufacturing and thermal insulation installation, expertly executed by our assembly team with remarkable technical skills. Notably, the dryer successfully passed all welding quality tests, guaranteeing effective control over particulate emissions.
Additionally, the stability and integration of the design provide the client with the flexibility to adjust production volume in response to potential demand spikes, efficiently adapting to variations in processing requirements.
This project showcases ION HEAT’s Contract Manufacturing capabilities, allowing us to deliver tailored thermal treatment solutions of all complexity levels, even in small volumes that large-scale manufacturers typically do not cover.
