Retrofitting features

PLASMA POWER SUPPLIES
From one power supply module with 40kW plasma power to up to four units in parallel for a total of 160kW, customers can choose or expand their system as needed.

GAS PANEL
Hydrogen and Nitrogen MFCs improve gas control on the process. Argon and methane MFCs can also be added as needed. Everything is controlled from our central control software.

ELECTRICAL CABINET
Our electrical cabinet can be set up to retrofit both cold-wall and hot-wall systems, enabling fast configurations.

VACUUM SYSTEM
Our system can include an actuator controlled butterfly valve for downstream pressure control and a bellows isolation valve, for optimum vacuum control.

CONTROL SOFTWARE
Everything that makes our plasma nitriding control systems great, from the SCADA system to our PLC-PC configuration and our modern HMI, is included in the GlowFit.
